NCT06754202 · RECRUITING

Silver Agri Age: Longevity, Intrinsic Capacity and Cognitive Impairment Into Farmlands and Natural Environments: Updating Contexts Following the "Montessori" Action

This trial tests whether Montessori-inspired activities on a working farm, including gardening, pet therapy, sensory workshops, and food preparation, can support cognitive and physical functioning in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. It is a Phase NA trial, meaning it is a structured intervention study rather than a standard drug trial, focused on feasibility and measuring outcomes rather than proving a treatment works at scale.

You may qualify if

  • diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI);
  • Mini Mental State Examination ≥ 24;
  • ability and willingness to sign informed consent

You're excluded if

  • Mini Mental State Examination \< 24;
  • severe visual impairment;
  • inability to walk without help or assistance, Tinetti's scale \<20
