NCT06475534 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING
The Nuestros Días ("Our Days") Study
This observational study tracks the mental health and well-being of Hispanic and Latino caregivers who look after a family member with memory problems or dementia. Researchers want to understand what daily factors make depression and anxiety better or worse, and whether those patterns predict longer-term health outcomes. Participants complete online surveys at baseline, daily for three weeks, and again at six and twelve months. No phase designation — this is not a drug or device trial.
You may qualify if
- 18 years or older
- Identifies as Hispanic or Latino/a/x/e
- Provides informal care to a relative living with memory problems or dementia
- Provides care for 4 hours a day to the person living with memory problems or dementia.

- admission to a nursing home/institutional care for the person living with memory problems or dementia is planned in the next 6 months
- the potential participant (caregiver) is terminally ill
- the participant does not have reliable access to the Internet.
