NCT05909189 · RECRUITING

LEADing Dementia End-of-Life Planning Conversations

This trial is testing a web-based tool called LEAD that helps people in the early stages of Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment have end-of-life planning conversations with family and caregivers. It aims to help them document and share their wishes before cognitive decline makes that harder.
