NCT05030948 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

A Physical Activity Intervention to Promote Cognitive Health, Cardiovascular Health and Sleep in Older Latinos

This trial is testing a structured group physical activity program called Tiempo Juntos para la Salud, meaning Time Together for Health, designed for older Latino adults. It measures whether moderate exercise improves cognitive function, heart health, and sleep over 12 months. This is a Phase N/A behavioral trial, meaning it is evaluating a lifestyle program rather than a drug, so there is no approval pathway — the goal is simply to measure whether the program works.
