PUMCH Dementia Longitudinal Cohort Study
This is an observational cohort study based at a major Chinese hospital. Researchers are following elderly Chinese patients who already have a confirmed dementia diagnosis, tracking how their condition changes over time. There is no treatment being tested. It is a data-collection effort designed to better understand how different types of dementia progress. No phase is listed because this is not a drug or device trial.
You may qualify if
- Neurodegenerative dementia diagnosis based on 2011 NIA-AA criteria of Dementia
- Fixed care giver and can follow up regularly
You're excluded if
- Not demented, including MCI
- Systemic severe diseases and severe vision or hearing problem effecting follow up and neuropsychological evaluation
- Without fixed care giver
- Reject informed consent
- Expected life shorter than 2 years
