NCT07378800 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Fostering Positive Care Interactions in Assisted Living

This trial is testing a staff training program called FPCI-AL, designed to improve how assisted living workers interact with residents who have Alzheimer's or related dementias. It measures whether better staff-resident interactions reduce distress behaviors and resistance to care. This is a Phase NA study, meaning it is a pilot focused on figuring out the right sample size before a larger efficacy trial can be designed.
