NCT07347431 · RECRUITING

Large Language Model for Understanding and Monitoring Elderly Neurocognition

This study tests LUMEN, an AI chatbot designed to help family caregivers describe a loved one's memory and thinking changes more clearly before a memory clinic appointment. The tool guides caregivers through structured questions and produces an organized report for the doctor. This is an unspecified-phase feasibility study — it is exploring whether the tool is usable and useful in real NHS clinics, not testing a drug or treatment.
