NCT07286812 · NOT YET RECRUITING

Digital Technology Combined With Blood Marker Screening and Diagnosis for Community Populations Based on Classification Theory: an Integrated Study

This study is testing whether a step-by-step screening approach using digital tools and blood markers can catch early signs of cognitive impairment more efficiently than traditional questionnaire-based methods. Researchers will analyze gait, facial expressions, and speech patterns alongside blood tests to build a predictive model for early diagnosis. The phase is unspecified, so this appears to be an observational or exploratory study, not a drug trial.

You may qualify if

  • Adults aged 50 and above;
  • Residents of this community for at least one year, with established medical records;
  • Deny a history of cognitive impairment diseases (mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.) and the use of anti-dementia drugs (cholinesterase inhibitors or memantine, etc.);
  • Agree to participate in the study;
  • The individual and their relatives can communicate normally in Chinese.

You're excluded if

  • Self-reported or confirmed through inquiry that there is a severe mental disorder, such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, etc.
  • Suffering from a disease that makes it impossible to complete the cognitive assessment.
