VR-based Multi-dimensional Intervention on Cognitive Function, With AI-agents

This trial tests a virtual reality program that combines physical activity, games, and cognitive training, guided by AI agents, to see whether it improves memory, spatial thinking, sleep, and mental health in older adults.
