Hainan Community Cognition Cohort
This is an observational study in Hainan Province, China, tracking older adults over time to understand what risk factors lead to cognitive decline and dementia. Researchers are also building AI tools for cognitive and physical training. No phase is listed because no drug or treatment is being tested — participants are followed and assessed, not given an experimental intervention.
Eligibility criteria
* Inclusion Criteria: * Age 60 years and above * Lived in the community for more than 6 months * Signed the informed consent form * Exclusion Criteria: * Cannot complete the survey
