Building Your Successful Nursing Career
This trial is testing a mobile app designed to help male nurses plan their careers and avoid burnout. Researchers will track 120 male nurses over two years to see whether the app improves confidence, career adaptability, and intention to stay in nursing. This is a Phase NA behavioral study — it is evaluating a real-world tool, not a drug or medical treatment.
You may qualify if
- Male nursing staff currently engaged in clinical nursing work.
- Care Within 15 years of working experience.
- Have a mobile phone with Internet access.
- Have clear consciousness and can understand and answer the researcher's questions.
- Audible and understandable Or understand Chinese.
- Willing to participate in this study and sign the subject consent form.
You're excluded if
- Unwilling to participate in this study.
- Those who cannot download the App.
