NCT06254482 · Phase 2 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

An Extension Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of Votoplam in Participants With Huntington's Disease (HD)

This is a Phase 2 extension study following participants who already completed an earlier votoplam trial for Huntington's disease. It is testing whether votoplam remains safe and continues to show biological effects over a longer period. Phase 2 means researchers are still gathering evidence on how well it works and whether it is safe — it is not proven or approved. Details beyond the long-term safety focus are limited so far.
