NCT06245616 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

Attenuation of Postprandial Inflammatory Processes in Alzheimer's Disease Patients by Consumption of Pomace Oil

Researchers will draw blood at regular intervals over six hours to track inflammatory markers. It is a Phase NA study, meaning it is a controlled dietary experiment rather than a drug trial testing efficacy or safety at scale.
