NCT05929924 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING

Does EVOO Induce Gene and Metabolic Changes in Healthy Subjects

This trial is testing whether adding extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to your daily diet changes gene expression, lipid profiles, and metabolic markers in healthy adults who have a family history of Alzheimer's. Participants get about two tablespoons of EVOO a day for six months, and researchers will take blood samples before and after to look for biological changes. This is a Phase NA study — it is exploratory research, not a test of a proven treatment.
