NCT05315895 · RECRUITING

The Dampness Syndrome of Chinese Medicine Cohort Study

This is an observational cohort study rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Researchers are enrolling thousands of adults aged 30 to 79 to track whether a TCM concept called dampness syndrome is linked to chronic diseases including dementia and Alzheimer's. No phase is listed because this is not a drug trial — it is a long-term data-gathering study watching how people age over time.

You may qualify if

  • Residents aged 30 to 79, whose residence is consistent with their registered permanent residence location;
  • Residents who voluntarily participate in the project, agree to the collection of their biological information, and sign the informed consent form;
  • Residents who have no mental illness and other related diseases, and display a normal ability of expression and understanding;

You're excluded if

  • Residents who reject collaboration;
  • Residents who allow no follow-up visits.

The sponsor's own eligibility wording, lightly reformatted. The study team makes the final eligibility decision — worth discussing with your doctor.
