NCT04254094 · ACTIVE NOT RECRUITING
A Cohort Study of Early Onset Neurodegenerative Dementias Prognostic Factors
NEODEM is an observational cohort study tracking people diagnosed with dementia before age 65. Researchers are following participants over three years to learn whether behavioral symptoms like depression affect how quickly the condition progresses. No drug or treatment is being tested — participants complete neuropsychological assessments. Because no phase is listed and nothing is being treated, this is a natural-history study: researchers are watching and recording, not intervening.
