Living Well with Chronic Pain
This trial is testing EPIO, a behavioral e-health app, to see whether it helps people manage widespread chronic pain. Participants use the app on their own smartphone, tablet, or PC. This is a Phase NA trial, meaning it is evaluating the intervention's real-world effect rather than following a traditional drug-approval phase structure. You may qualify if
- Chronic pain (pain > 3 months)
- > 18 years of age
- Able to write/read/speak Norwegian
- Have their own smart phone, PC or tablet
You're excluded if
- Cancer related pain
- Migraine
